Accra Hearts of Oak has explained its decision to appoint Mas-Ud Didi Dramani as the club’s new head coach.

In an official statement, the club highlighted Dramani’s rich coaching background and experience as key factors behind the appointment.

The former Black Stars assistant coach brings a wealth of expertise, having previously managed Danish side FC Nordsjælland, worked with the Right to Dream Academy, and guided Asante Kotoko to back-to-back Ghana Premier League titles.

His recent roles include serving as assistant coach for the Ghana Black Stars at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, head coach of the Black Galaxies, and Head of Football at Right to Dream Academy.

Dramani holds several top-level coaching qualifications, including UEFA License B, CAF License A, and is a certified CAF Instructor and Assessor.

The two-time Premier League-winning coach has signed a two-year deal with the Phobians as they aim to rebuild and compete strongly in the upcoming season.
