This roadmap outlines the technical, regulatory, and financial prerequisites that Ghana must meet to achieve a “white list reinstatement” status, effectively allowing PayPal’s services to be fully available once again. The Ministry is also working closely with the Bank of Ghana and other relevant stakeholders to address these requirements, demonstrating a collaborative approach to streamlining digital financial services.
