JLR Engineering investigations have had reports of no power steering assistance at the start of a drive cycle on 2021 Jaguar I-Pace, XE and XF vehicles.

1. Run the Network Integrity Test (NIT) vehicle application.

2. Run the power steering control module (PSCM) data collection module application.

3. Disconnect and reconnect the 12V battery.

4. Confirm that the fault is now resolved.
