Hulu has unveiled the official teaser trailer for the highly anticipated second season of its hit dystopian series, Paradise, at CCXP 2026. Fans can expect the new season to arrive on Hulu next year, continuing the critically acclaimed story that captivated audiences and garnered four Emmy nominations last year.

Paradise, starring Sterling K. Brown as Agent Xavier Collins, plunged viewers into a chilling world where humanity seeks refuge after an devastating ice storm. The first season saw 25,000 survivors confined within a massive bunker inside a Colorado mountain, a society ruled by the enigmatic Sinatra (Julianne Nicholson). Collins' initial mission revolved around investigating the murder of President Cal Bradford (James Marsden), a mystery that formed the core of Season 1's narrative.

The series quickly became a massive success for Hulu, topping streaming charts throughout its inaugural run. Its popularity was underscored by an early renewal for a second season, even before the conclusion of the first. Both critics and audiences embraced Paradise, with Rotten Tomatoes scores standing strong at 86% from critics and 84% from audiences, reflecting its widespread appeal and quality.

Production for Paradise Season 2 commenced earlier this year and concluded near the end of the summer. While Season 1 predominantly took place within the confines of the bunker, with flashbacks offering glimpses of the pre-catastrophe world through Marsden's Cal Bradford, the upcoming season promises a significant expansion of its scope.

Creator Dan Fogelman and star Sterling K. Brown have confirmed that Paradise Season 2 will venture outside the bunker. This pivotal shift will see Agent Collins embarking on a perilous journey to search for his wife, Terri, whom he had previously believed to be dead. The exploration of the strange, post-apocalyptic Earth outside the mountain will introduce new elements and characters, including Shailene Woodley, who joins the cast as one of the humans surviving in the world beyond the bunker. Her character, and this new subset of humanity, are expected to have a major impact on the plot.

The teaser trailer offers a thrilling preview of what's in store, showing Collins surviving a massive plane crash and beginning his exploration of this dangerous new landscape. While the first season's central mystery of
