This ambitious partnership targets reaching over 600 million people who currently lack electricity access. The pivotal agreement was officially signed at the 27th Africa Energy Forum (AEF), marking a critical step forward in addressing Africa's energy deficit.

This new collaboration is a direct progression from an initial Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) previously established between the two entities in Dubai earlier in the year. The MoU laid the crucial groundwork for this comprehensive strategic partnership, explicitly focusing on the joint development and deployment of various clean energy solutions throughout Africa.
