Yin Yoga & Seasonal Self-Care

Late winter is a prime time to give your immune system some extra support with this special offering. First, release tension through grounding asana. Yin yoga targets the body's connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and bones through poses that are usually held for 3 - 5 minutes at a time. Next, stoke your digestive fire and stimulate your lymphatic system with ayurvedic herbal tea. Finally, we'll finish with specially chosen pranayama and meditation suited to the season. 

Enjoy a Yin session of deep stretches with Dana. Stephanie will be leading breathwork & meditation, ending with Ayurvedic Tea. All these practices to support your self care during winter months & beyond!
