At noon, MEPs will vote, by roll call, on a motion of censure against the Commission. For the motion to be adopted, a two-thirds majority of the votes cast, representing a majority of component Members of Parliament, is needed. The plenary debate with Commission President Ursula von der Leyen took place on Monday.

In a debate starting at 9:00, MEPs will discuss their proposals for the future of the EU’s common agriculture policy (CAP) with Commissioner Christophe Hansen. The European Commission is expected to announce its 2028-2034 common agriculture policy (CAP) proposal in mid-July.

. Following a debate held on Tuesday, plenary will vote at noon on how to tackle China’s export restrictions on critical raw materials.

. Before the midday votes, MEPs will debate a European citizens’ initiative on cohesion policy for the equality of regions and sustainability of regional cultures.

. Starting at 15:00, plenary will debate the gender health gap in general and endometriosis in particular, with Equality Commissioner Hadja Lahbib.
