This partnership builds upon an existing relationship between the two entities, which includes the forthcoming feature film “Atrápelo quien pueda,” establishing a robust framework for sustained, long-term collaboration.

For Telemundo Studios, this pact directly reinforces its fundamental mission to enhance and expand Latino representation on screen. Javier Pons, chief content officer and head of Telemundo Studios, articulated this vision, saying, “Together, we will create content that amplifies and reflects Latino voices, while continuing to set new standards for top level production in the industry.” The combined strengths of both companies are formidable; The Mediapro Studio brings a proven track record of international successes such as ‘The Head,’ “Iosi, the Regretful Spy,” “Las Bravas” Season 2, “Consuelo” Season 2, “Intercambiadas,” and the breakthrough Mexican film “Mesa de regalos.” Telemundo, on its part, contributes decades of production expertise and extensive reach across broadcast television, pay TV, and various streaming platforms.
By uniting their formidable capabilities, both The Mediapro Studio and Telemundo Studios are strategically positioning themselves to effectively cater to a rapidly expanding demographic that constitutes a crucial segment of the U.S. media landscape.
