Drake Shatters Hot 100 Records: First to 400 Hits & 42 Songs in a Week!

Drake has achieved an unprecedented milestone on Billboard’s charts (dated May 30), following the concurrent release of his three new albums: ICEMAN, HABIBTI, and MAID OF HONOUR. All three projects, released on May 15, debuted at Nos. 1, 2, and 3, respectively, on the Billboard 200. This makes Drake the first artist in the chart’s 70-year history to simultaneously hold the top three positions.

ICEMAN opened atop the chart with an impressive 463,000 equivalent album units earned in the United States, according to Luminate. HABIBTI launched with 114,000 units, and MAID OF HONOUR began with 110,000 units. ICEMAN’s performance marks the second-biggest week of 2026 for an album, surpassed only by BTS’ ARIRANG, which debuted with 641,000 units in April. This achievement also signifies Drake’s 15th career Billboard 200 No. 1, tying him with Taylor Swift for the most among solo artists and surpassing Jay-Z. Only The Beatles hold more overall No. 1s with 19.

Drake’s dominance extends further to the Billboard Hot 100, where he placed an astonishing 42 total songs on this week’s chart. This includes every chart-eligible track from his three new albums, setting a new record for the most concurrent entries in a single week. This feat surpasses the previous mark of 37 set by Morgan Wallen on the May 31, 2025-dated list when his album ‘I’m the Problem’ debuted. Wallen previously held the record with 36 songs on March 18, 2023, following his LP ‘One Thing at a Time’. Prior to these, Drake himself held the record for five years, charting 27 songs from his ‘Scorpion’ album on the July 14, 2018-dated ranking.

Among Drake’s 42 entries on this week’s Hot 100, notable tracks include “Janice STFU” at No. 1, “Ran to Atlanta,” featuring Future & Molly Santana at No. 2, “Whisper My Name” at No. 3, and “Shabang” at No. 4. Other entries include “National Treasures” (No. 6), “Make Them Cry” (No. 7), “Dust” (No. 8), “2 Hard 4 the Radio” (No. 9), “Make Them Pay” (No. 10), “Plot Twist” (No. 11), and “B’s on the Table,” featuring 21 Savage (No. 12). Remarkably, 40 of these 42 Hot 100 entries debuted this week, also setting a single-week record.

This massive week further solidifies Drake’s unparalleled career totals on the Hot 100. He now boasts 47 top five hits, 90 top 10s, 154 top 20s, 241 top 40s, and a groundbreaking 402 overall entries. Drake is the first artist in the survey’s 67-year history to reach 400 total Hot 100 entries, and he remains the sole act with at least 300 career appearances, with Taylor Swift ranking second with 276.

A look at the artists with the most career Hot 100 hits highlights Drake’s leading position: Drake (402), Taylor Swift (276), Future (228), Glee cast (207), Lil Wayne (195), Ye (formerly Kanye West) (177), Lil Baby (159), Nicki Minaj (149), Travis Scott (133), and Chris Brown (125).

Thanks to this historic week, Drake also reclaims the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Artist 100 chart for a 39th total week, marking the second-most weeks atop the ranking in its 12-year history, trailing only Taylor Swift (137 weeks).
