Joeboy, the Nigerian singer, has come through with ‘Viva Lavida’, his third studio album.

The music star announced the release of the 13-track body of work on streaming platforms on Friday.

Tracks in the project include ‘Innocent’, ‘Abena’, ‘Streets Are Lonely’, ‘Taxi Driver’, ‘SMH’, ‘Magdalene’ and ‘Sunset’.

Others are ‘Adenuga’, ‘Free of Charge’, ‘Osadebe’, ‘Hey Father’, ‘Sinner’ and ‘I’ll Be Okay’.

The project also boasts star-studded features such as Olamide, Qing Madi, Tempoe, Elena Dara, and Wizard Chan.

In February, the singer had put out ‘SMH’, the fifth track of the album.

Born Joseph Akinwale, Joeboy gained popularity under emPawa Africa, a record label owned by Mr Eazi.

The singer has won several awards and recognition for his craft.

In 2019, he won the ‘Best Artiste in African Pop’ prize at the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA).

The singer also bagged the ‘Best Pop’ category at the Soundcity MVP Awards Festival in 2020.

Last year, the music star announced his exit from emPawa Africa and unveiled his music label called ‘Young Legend’.

In November 2024, Joeboy launched the Young Legend Foundation, a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that offers scholarship grants to students who are unable to fund their education.

He had earlier released two albums: ‘Something Between Beauty and Magic’ (2021) and ‘Body & Soul’ (2023).
