Celebrity couple DJ Dibul and actress Dorea Chege are basking in the joys of parenthood following the arrival of their baby girl.

During an interview with Milele FM’s Ankali Ray, DJ Dibul, who was still at the hospital, revealed the name of their daughter for the first time.

“For now, let's go with Baba Shiku, the other one will come later. In full, it's Wanjiku,” he disclosed.

Dorea also shared a sweet detail about their newborn, revealing that baby Wanjiku's eyes closely resemble those of her father.

DJ Dibul hinted that he nearly missed the birth of his daughter as he was on a flight back to Kenya.

However, he promised to share more details about the experience on his YouTube channel.

When pressed to disclose the exact time baby Wanjiku was born, Dibul dodged the question, directing fans to his channel for exclusive details.

Dibul also set the record straight on speculations about him having another child from a previous relationship.

"I do not have any other kids. This is my first child," he clarified.

On March 24, Dorea and DJ Dibul took to social media to announce the birth of their daughter, initially referring to her as baby Wendo, a name they had disclosed during their lavish baby shower.

Wendo was taken up by their social media fans who identify themselves as their online in-laws.

The couple shared beautiful photos from the delivery room, with Dorea cradling their newborn as Dibul stood by her side, both beaming with joy.
