The 31-year-old's story has become the talk of the town, with many demanding justice for his cruel killing.
In an interview with , we shared a photo of Ojwang during his younger years with the comedian and asked if he recalls ever meeting the X user.
In a shock reply, Shiti revealed that he indeed remembers taking the photo and said that it was during an event that he was working in conjunction with Pwani University.
According to Shiti, he did not know Ojwang on a personal level, but the photo is very fresh in his mind.
He noted how heartbreaking it was to see his face now shared everywhere, along with the news of his death.
The actor added that no one deserves to die in such a manner, especially in the hands of those employed to protect lives.
"I may not have known Albert personally, but I remember the moment we took that photo. Seeing his face now next to news of his death in police custody breaks my heart. No young Kenyan deserves this," Shiti said.
In the photo shared by Ojwang on his Instagram back in 2019, he was delighted as he posed with a close friend and sandwiched the comedian.
He captioned the photo, "It was lit, @djshiti_trhk #househelpsofkawangware," seemingly impressed by the entertainer's performance.

Ojwang attended Pwani University, where he studied a Bachelor of Education degree, specialising in Kiswahili and Religious Studies.
The young man was also a leader in his own right, and even helped mobilise youth, leading to the election of Fikirini Jacobs as school president, who is now the current Principal Secretary, State Department for Youth Affairs and Creative Economy.
Ojwang was also a fun-loving guy and enjoyed time with friends.
