Daryl Hannah Blasts FX's 'Love Story' Over 'Lies' and 'Misogyny,' Citing Viewer Threats

Actor and director Daryl Hannah has publicly denounced Ryan Murphy's popular FX series “Love Story” in a New York Times op-ed, describing the show as filled with “lies” and “misogyny.” The series, which dramatizes the romance between John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette, features Hannah as a central character, portrayed by Dree Hemingway. Hannah, who previously dated JFK Jr., states that the show's creators did not consult her, and one producer even referred to her character as an “adversary” within the narrative.
