Co-op in Upshire reopens after nine-week refurbishment
A Co-op store in Waltham Abbey has reopened with a "new look" after a nine-week refurbishment.
The Co-op, in Upshire, unveiled its transformation on Thursday, June 19, in a move designed to improve the shopping experience.
The store supports 11 jobs and now offers a wider range of services, including PayPoint payment options and home grocery delivery through Deliveroo.
Abdul Wahid, area operations manager at Co-op, said: "The whole team is delighted to have the opportunity to re-launch Upshire’s Co-op.
"We are committed to ensuring that the store is a community hub and part of local life.
"It has a great new look, and has been totally transformed with a fresh and more spacious look and feel.
