Chrisley Family Turmoil: Lindsie Chrisley Finally Addresses Bitter Family Feud

Lindsie Landsman, the eldest daughter of reality television star Todd Chrisley, has finally broken her silence regarding her family amid the recent launch of Lifetime’s documentary series, The Chrisleys: Back To Reality. Known for her prominent role in five seasons of the USA Network hit Chrisley Knows Best, Landsman is now leveraging her podcast platforms to disclose the intricate drama and alleged blackmail she claims to have endured from her own family members. The Lifetime documentary, which premiered recently, aimed to highlight the various struggles faced by the Chrisley family, including Lindsie, who has maintained a largely estranged relationship with her parents. However, Landsman asserts that the show presents an inaccurate depiction of the events that have transpired.
Addressing her decision to speak out, Landsman stated, “I never had any intention of doing this. The Lifetime documentary of my family came out… and a lot of the things that were aired were inaccurate depictions of what has transpired.” Landsman, who recently underwent a name change, is now poised to delve into the family drama through a comprehensive three-part series across her popular podcasts, The Southern Tea and Coffee Convos, the latter of which she co-hosts with Teen Mom star Kail Lowry. The initial episode of this revealing series is scheduled to drop on October 22 on The Southern Tea, followed by the second part on Coffee Convos on October 23. A third and final installment, featuring exclusive content, will be released on Patreon on October 24, with the full audio becoming publicly available on October 29.
Central to Landsman’s narrative are her serious allegations against her family. She claims to have been threatened into silence, unfairly blamed for actions she did not commit, and subjected to blackmail by certain family members. These accusations are profoundly serious; she reportedly contacted Georgia’s Department of Revenue and the FBI following her father’s indictment and also sought a restraining order against him. Furthermore, Landsman has alleged that Todd Chrisley attempted to exploit her and threatened to release a private sex tape if she refused to provide false testimony on his behalf during court proceedings.
In response to her claims, her siblings have publicly addressed the matter. On the Lifetime special, Savannah Chrisley explicitly stated, “The prosecutors read the letter Lindsie wrote to the FBI. We’re no longer family.” Echoing this sentiment, Chase Chrisley added a stark warning: “If your blood will screw you over, then a stranger definitely will.”
Through her podcasts, Landsman is committed to sharing her unfiltered side of the story and providing crucial context that she believes the documentary conspicuously omitted. She has pledged to reveal the profound emotional and psychological toll that this protracted family feud has exacted on her life—not only as a daughter but also as a woman and a mother striving to protect her peace and reclaim her personal narrative. “I will share my truth,” Landsman affirmed. Her forthcoming conversations are promised to be supported by previously unseen documentation, including official legal letters, emails, and court filings—offering a more complete and transparent picture of the challenging events she has endured.
