Making bathua dosa at home is pretty easy. This recipe was shared on Instagram by content creator @keertidacooks. To make this:

Take 1/3 cups of whole moong and 2 tablespoons of rice. Wash them thoroughly before soaking them overnight or for 7-8 hours.

Once the grains are done soaking, drain the water. Transfer them to a blender jar along with bathua leaves, green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds, ice cubes (for a vibrant green colour), salt and water. Blend all the ingredients thoroughly and make a smooth batter.

Once the batter is ready, heat a tawa. Grease it with a dash of oil and pour a ladle full of bathua dosa batter over it. Spread evenly to form a round shape. Cook evenly from both sides and enjoy fresh with chutney and sambhar!
