Bad Bunny Shocks Fans With Unexpected 'No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí' Residency – Don't Miss the Show!

Bad Bunny has announced an exciting extension of his highly successful “No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí” residency. The Puerto Rican superstar is set to host a surprise show titled “No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí: Una Más” (I Don’t Want to Leave Here: One More) at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in Puerto Rico. This special performance is scheduled for Saturday, September 20, and will be broadcast worldwide.
The event is a collaborative effort with Amazon Music, described as a “multilayered” initiative designed to highlight Puerto Rico on a global stage while delivering significant and lasting community impact. The livestream will commence at 8:30 p.m. ET and will be accessible via the Amazon Music app, the Amazon Music channel on Twitch (@AmazonMusic), and for all Amazon customers on Prime Video.
More than just a concert, this final performance coincides with the eighth anniversary of Hurricane Maria. It marks the launch of a multiyear partnership between Bad Bunny and Amazon Music, dedicated to various crucial areas: education, disaster relief, and cultural empowerment across Puerto Rico. This comprehensive collaboration aims to implement programs that will boost the island’s economy and bring about meaningful, long-term change for its residents.
Rocío Guerrero, Director of Music, Latin-Iberia, Amazon Music, emphasized the profound nature of the collaboration, stating, “Benito embodies the spirit of Puerto Rico, and together we’re creating a celebration that transforms his passion for the island into real impact for its people.” She added that by integrating music, Amazon technologies, commerce, and community programs, they aspire to engage global audiences while strengthening Puerto Rican communities, ultimately driving “meaningful and lasting progress for the island.” Noah Assad, CEO of RIMAS Entertainment, further affirmed this commitment, noting, “Puerto Rico is our home, and everything we do is shaped by the island and its people. This collaboration is about more than music; it’s about honoring our culture and making sure the world not only sees Puerto Rico but also supports and invests in it.”
Registration for attending the September 20 show is currently open to residents with a valid Puerto Rico phone number through nomequieroirdeaqui.com. Successful registrants will receive a code allowing access to a pre-sale starting Wednesday, September 17, at 10 a.m. local time.
The initial 30-day “No Me Quiero Ir De Aquí” residency, which began on July 11, was a monumental success, drawing an influx of over 250,000 visitors. This positioned Puerto Rico as a premier entertainment destination and provided a significant boost to the local economy, benefiting numerous small businesses. The residency also featured a star-studded lineup of guest performers, including Belinda, Residente, Feid, Rauw Alejandro, and Ozuna, further cementing its cultural impact.
