Ahmed Musa speaks on alleged distribution of Land Cruiser cars to Kano Pillar players
The new General Manager of Nigeria Professional Football League side, Kano Pillars FC, Ahmed Musa has denied claim on social media that he distributed cars to the players of the team on assumption of office.
A viral post on the social media on Tuesday morning indicated that Musa gave all the players and officials of Kano Pillars new land cruiser cars on assumption of office.
But the former Super Eagles captain in a post on his X handle described the claim as entirely untrue.
He also advised media outlets and people on social media to always verify information to ensure that it is credible before sharing.
He said “It has come to my attention that false information is being circulated claiming that I distributed cars to players and officials following my appointment as General Manager of Kano Pillars Football Club.
“This claim is entirely untrue.

“Our focus remains on building a strong, disciplined, and successful team. Thank you for your understanding and continued support,” he said in the post. Governor Yusuf appoints Ahmed Musa Kano Pillars FC GM
