ACM Awards 2025: Performances and Winners

The 60th Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards, hosted by Reba McEntire for the 18th time, took place at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, celebrating 60 years of country music. The event featured performances from numerous country music stars, and a 12-minute tribute showcased performances from various decades, featuring legends like Wynonna Judd, Sugarland, and LeAnn Rimes.
Ella Langley led the nominations with eight nods, including Female Artist of the Year and New Female Artist of the Year. She also secured wins for New Female Artist of the Year and Visual Media of the Year for “you look like you love me” with Riley Green, prior to the main ceremony. Cody Johnson, Morgan Wallen, and Lainey Wilson each had seven nominations, while Chris Stapleton had six.
Lainey Wilson won the coveted Entertainer of the Year award, alongside several other awards. Reba McEntire debuted her new song “Trailblazer,” a tribute to pioneering women in country music, featuring Wilson and Miranda Lambert. Other performers included Stapleton, Blake Shelton, Kelsea Ballerini, Dan + Shay, Wynonna Judd, and LeAnn Rimes.
Key winners included Brooks & Dunn for Duo of the Year, Old Dominion for Group of the Year, Zach Top for New Male Artist of the Year, and The Red Clay Strays for New Duo or Group of the Year. Lainey Wilson’s “Whirlwind” won Album of the Year, and “you look like you love me” by Ella Langley and Riley Green won Single of the Year and Music Event of the Year. Cody Johnson's “Dirt Cheap” won Song of the Year.
During the show, Ella Langley delivered a solo performance of “weren’t for the wind” and joined Miranda Lambert for a duet of “Kerosene.” Wilson also shared advice for rising female artists like Langley and Megan Moroney, emphasizing the importance of hard work and staying present.
Presenters included country music stars and other celebrities. iHeartRadio’s Bobby Bones interviewed artists throughout the event, which was streamed live on Prime Video.
