Accra’s Black Star Square was transformed into a pulsating hub of music and excitement on Saturday, October 18, 2025, as tens of thousands of fans gathered for "Shatta Fest 2025 x Shattabration: The King Calls." This record-breaking, free concert celebrated the birthday of Ghana’s self-proclaimed Dancehall King, Shatta Wale, whose birthday fell on October 17th. Long before the official 4:00 p.m. start time, fans began trooping into the venue as early as midday.
