and drama on 90 Day: The Last Resort is playing out in real time. After the U.K. native alleged she caught her husband on a dating app while at the Arizona marriage retreat, Rob responded when Sophie alleged there was more to the story including shocking abuse claims.

“Don’t believe everything you hear and believe half of what you see,” Rob, 35, clapped back via his Instagram Stories on Tuesday, February 11. “Smfh … what a s–t show.”

Fans watched their drama unfold during episode 11 of 90 Day: The Last Resort as Sophie, 26, revealed to her cast members that her friend sent her a screenshot of Rob’s active dating profile.

Sophie shared the screenshot of the dating app hours before Rob’s statement via her Instagram Stories. “Since this man wants to continue to lie to people and make me look bad, f–k it, I have time today,” she captioned the slide. “Here is the dating profile I found him on while literally at a marriage retreat.”

In a follow-up post, Sophie shared another photo where she seemingly had a bloody, busted-up eyebrow. “Here is the real reason I first left when he pushed me into a table because I was trying to break up with him because I was scared of him,” she alleged. “I still have a scar on my eyebrow from the stitches I needed.”

She later claimed that Rob exhibited abusive behavior, such as throwing objects at her, and accused him of tossing “everything” she owned in the garbage because she “left makeup out while getting ready.”

“So then I had no belongings and no money and he wouldn’t even buy me food or clothes,” the reality TV personality continued. “I had to beg for basic needs.” Sophie said she experienced “constant panic attacks” while filming the spinoff from “built-up trauma.” She alleged that Rob was “fake and nice” to everyone but “evil” to her when in private.

“I have been quiet for years protecting him and it has made me look like the crazy person and the one who didn’t care but for my peace, I can’t do it anymore,” she wrote in a lengthy final message. “I never wanted to expose Rob this way as I don’t want everyone to hate him and that is why I took so long to post the evidence — it’s been at the expense of my mental health.”

She continued, “I just want to continue to heal from this. Only Rob’s side has been shown because I protected him, but now both sides can be seen and hopefully, my actions can be understood a bit more.”

Sophie and Rob made their debut on season 10 of 90 Day Fiancé in 2023. Despite making it down the aisle during the flagship series, In Touch exclusively revealed they called it quits in March 2024, weeks after 90 Day: The Last Resort was rumored to have begun filming.

This isn’t the first time Sophie and Rob’s explosive fights have been in the news. Sophie’s mom, , dropped videos on social media in May 2024 where Sophie felt unsafe after Rob allegedly threatened to smash her home.

In another snap uploaded to Clare’s social media, Sophie was allegedly hiding in the closet with Rob’s dog as he continued to yell at her. “You are the f–king toxic toxicity in this f–king relationship,” he told her as she seemingly packed her bags. “Because if I was an asshole, I’d be whopping your ass right now, telling you, ‘You ain’t going nowhere.’”

“I had to get calls every single day with Sophie breaking down and secretly sending her money just to buy her like essentials like toothpaste, water,” Clare captioned the clip. “I couldn’t give them more because then it would be enabling, but this is what I had to do.”

The pair seemingly haven’t reconciled. 90 Day Fiancé blogger reported that Rob was dating , another 90 Day Fiancé cast member, in October 2024. The two reportedly met while filming a new spinoff of the show called 90 Day House. Meanwhile, in November 2024, Sophie hinted that she was still single by reposting an influencer’s Instagram Reel about being in her “celibate era.”
