Sit or stand straight, then tilt your head towards one shoulder. Gently apply a little more pressure using your hand and hold the position for 20-30 seconds.

Start on your hands and knees in a table position. Inhale and arch your back, lifting your head and tailbone. Exhale by rounding your back, tucking chin and pelvis.

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, raise your arms overhead by holding hands together. Lean on one side to stretch your torso and hold pose for 20-30 seconds.

Stand by facing a wall with one foot forward and another behind you. Press the back heel into the ground while bending the front knee. Hold the pose for 20-30 seconds.

Sit by extending your legs in front of you. Bend to touch your toes without bending your knees and keep back straight. Hold the pose for 20-30 seconds.
