Chairman/CEO of the Ibru Organization, Olorogun Oskar Ibru, has called on members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ughelli North Local Government Area to rally unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Speaking over the weekend in Ughelli, the billionaire business mogul and investor urged party stakeholders, grassroots mobilisers, and youth leaders to intensify political engagement and solidify the party’s base at the local level.

The head of the Ibru dynasty described both Tinubu and Oborevwori as visionary leaders whose policies are laying the foundation for long-term development.
He dismissed criticisms of Oborevwori’s political journey and affirmed the governor’s loyalty and experience.
“People talk about my brother, Sheriff. They forget that he’s a man that has gone through all the stages. He didn’t just come out one day and say ‘I want to be Governor’. He went through the process step by step. He knows the system,” Ibru noted.

“I dislike when people say the Governor defected. He knows what he is doing and what is best for you, for me, and for Deltans.”
Ibru urged party loyalists to prioritise unity, discipline, and grassroots mobilisation to ensure resounding victories in 2027. He also encouraged continued support for ongoing government initiatives at both the federal and state levels.
