Ugandan socialite and businesswoman Zari Hassan recently revealed a deeply personal struggle: she suffered a miscarriage earlier this year during her first pregnancy with her husband, Shakib Cham Lutaaya. This disclosure followed weeks of intense online speculation, ignited by viral photos of Zari that appeared to show a baby bump. While these images led many to assume she was expecting, Zari clarified that they were taken during a photoshoot, urging people to use common sense given her regular Snapchat posts.

Despite dismissing the pregnancy rumors as they pertained to the photos, Zari confirmed that she had indeed conceived earlier in the year, tragically losing the pregnancy at six weeks in May. She expressed her continued hope to try again soon, emphasizing her strong desire to have children with Shakib.
