The Zambia Police Service said while freedom of expression is respected, it must not violate public morality or the rights and reputations of others.

Dr. M’membe also allegedly claimed that President Hakainde Hichilema was responsible for the nearly nine-month delay of Former President Edgar Lungu’s burial, saying the president had the authority to resolve it.
