This 11-week dominance by "The Great Divide" puts it in esteemed company, matching the 11-week lead previously held by Portugal. The Man's "Feel It Still" in 2017. Furthermore, it stands as one of only three songs in the 2020s to spend at least 10 weeks atop the Adult Alternative Airplay chart, alongside Mumford & Sons and Hozier’s "Rubber Band Man" (from 2025-26) and Hozier’s "Too Sweet" (from 2024), both of which charted for 10 weeks each. While its achievement is substantial, the all-time leader on this chart remains U2’s iconic "Beautiful Day," which held the No. 1 position for 16 weeks starting in 2000.
