NITDA and Gage Company to Host Co-Create West Africa Tech Exhibition 2024 at Eko Hotel

The Gage Company in collaboration with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) is proud to announce the forthcoming NITDA Co-Create West Africa Tech Exhibition. This pivotal event is scheduled to unfold over two days; Wednesday, February 28th, and Thursday, February 29th, 2024 at the renowned Eko Hotel and Suites. Positioned as a groundbreaking expo, it has been made possible through strategic partnerships with influential industry leaders across government, technology, media, and entertainment, marking a milestone in regional innovation.
Attendees of the exhibition can anticipate an enriching and immersive experience, defined by thought-provoking panel sessions and expertly led masterclasses. A distinguished lineup of speakers will grace the event, featuring figures such as Dr. Aminu Maida, Executive Vice Chairman and CEO of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC); Dr. Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, Director-General of NITDA; Osita Oparaugo, Founder of GetBundi; Tosin Faniro-Dada, Partner at Breega; and Dr. Ayotunde Coker, Chairman of the Africa Data Centres Association, among other notable experts. With over 12 diverse content tracks, the exhibition ensures a wide range of insights for all attendees.
Operating under the unifying theme “Evolve,” the expo is set to illuminate the latest innovations and emerging trends across critical sectors such as Fintech, Greentech, Adtech, Edtech, Healthtech, Insurtech, Logistics, and Content and Media. The comprehensive content lineup includes sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Smart Cities, Startup Cultivation, EntertainmentTech, Cybersecurity, and 5G technology reflecting the dynamic evolution of West African tech.
A major highlight of the two-day exhibition will be the eagerly anticipated Gage Awards Ceremony, designed to celebrate and recognize outstanding achievements in technology and digital innovation across West Africa. Voting for the 25 award categories concluded on January 15th, 2024, and excitement continues to build around the announcement of winners. Supported by both the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and NITDA, the Gage Awards serve as a beacon for honoring excellence among digital creators and brands across Africa.
