Music Titans Unite! Chris Brown & Usher Announce Blockbuster Raymond & Brown Stadium Tour

R&B legends Usher and Chris Brown have officially announced their co-headlining R&B Tour, also known as Raymond & Brown, which is set to take over stadiums later this year. The exciting news was revealed on Friday, April 10, with the release of a cinematic commercial that quickly garnered attention across social media platforms. Both artists shared the announcement on X (formerly Twitter), captioning their post with: "ITS TIME! #R&BTOUR #Raymond&Brown."

The promotional clip features Usher and Chris Brown speeding through a town on motorcycles before arriving at a venue. They then head inside, where they select the "stadium" button in an elevator, ultimately taking the stage together to a roaring crowd. The chemistry between the two artists, who have collaborated multiple times throughout their careers, was palpable. Producer Hitmaka commented on the announcement, expressing anticipation for their joint performance of "Party," which was their first number one hit together. Other notable figures like Fridayy, Jacquees, D-Nice, Lala Anthony, Ebro, and Tyrese also showed their support and excitement for the upcoming tour.

While specific dates and venues for the R&B Tour are yet to be disclosed, fans can look forward to new music from Chris Brown. He has announced that his 12th studio album, titled "Brown," is scheduled for release on May 8. The album will feature tracks such as "Obvious," which was released as a second single on the same day as the tour announcement, following the track "It Depends" featuring Bryson Tiller. Usher also contributed to the "It Depends" remix, further showcasing their musical connection.

Usher and Chris Brown have a history of successful collaborations, including the standout top 40 Billboard Hot 100 hits "New Flame" and "Party," as well as their joint effort on the "Back to Sleep" remix. Chris Brown is also coming off a highly successful stadium run with his Breezy Bowl XX tour last year. That tour reportedly grossed an impressive $295.5 million and sold nearly two million tickets, specifically 1.983 million, across 49 shows spanning North America and Europe, according to Billboard Boxscore. The R&B Tour trailer is available for viewing online, providing a glimpse into what promises to be an unforgettable series of performances.
