In her strategic filing, Ms. Aloba officially informed the Probate Registrar that she had submitted crucial documents, specifically Form 5 and Form 6. These submissions are designed to ensure that Letters of Administration, which grant legal authority over an estate, cannot be issued to any individual or entity other than the legally recognised beneficiaries of the deceased. The legal notice further reinforced Ms. Aloba's standing, explicitly identifying her as Mohbad's legitimate wife and the mother of his only surviving child, Liam Aloba.
