Kourtney Kardashian's 'Ozempic' Cellulite Pill Deemed 'Dangerous Fad' By Doctors

Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s supplement brand, Lemme, has become the subject of intense scrutiny and debate following the launch of several products, most notably an "Ozempic-style" weight-loss supplement. For years, the Kar-Jenner sisters have faced claims of using Ozempic, a diabetes medicine that gained prominence as a weight-loss aid. This backdrop set the stage for Kourtney's brand to introduce its controversial new offering, tapping into the widespread interest surrounding such treatments.
Lemme's latest product, named GLP-1 Daily, directly references the GLP-1 hormone, a synthetic version of which is the active ingredient in Ozempic. Ozempic, administered as a weekly injection, works by slowing digestion, dulling hunger pangs, and aiding in body weight reduction. Lemme’s GLP-1 Daily, however, aims to naturally increase GLP-1 levels in the blood over time using plant-based extracts like lemon and saffron. Marketed as a "GLP-1 solution without the side effects" associated with the injectable drug, Kourtney’s brand has been accused of capitalising on the "Ozempic boom" despite not containing any of Ozempic's key ingredients. Kourtney promoted a WWD article on September 12 that discussed her desire to be "in on the Ozempic boom."
