Ultimately, the future of medicine may increasingly focus on tackling underlying causes, potentially rooted in the vagus nerve, rather than merely treating symptoms with drugs.

A key indicator is a healthy heart rate (60-100 beats per minute) and high heart rate variability (HRV), measurable with an ECG or even a smartwatch.
