Actress and Fashion Influencer, Temi Otedola, and her husband, Mr Eazi, are expecting their first child together.

The joyful news was shared by the celebrity couple in a joint Instagram post on Thursday, May 21, revealing Temi’s baby bump alongside heartfelt messages.

Sharing photos from a white-themed maternity shoot, Temi quoted a Bible verse while expressing excitement over the pregnancy.

“Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you, before you were born I set you apart,” she wrote.

The couple, who tied the knot in July 2025 through a series of lavish, multi-country ceremonies including a court wedding in Monaco, a traditional Nigerian wedding in Dubai.

And a church wedding in Iceland, discovered Temi's pregnancy during their two-month, digital-detoxed honeymoon last year.

Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE, the 30-year-old actress revealed, "After wrapping up three weddings in 2025... we wanted to end the year with a 2-month, digital-detoxed honeymoon, travelling across Korea and Japan. That’s when we found out!”

Temi expressed immense excitement and gratitude about this new chapter, stating, “We are beyond excited to start our family and welcome a little one to our cocoon of two.

We’re feeling extremely blessed and grateful for this big next step!” She further elaborated on how they shared the news with their widespread network of loved ones.

"It’s been the greatest news to share," she said, detailing how they surprised family and friends across continents with ultrasound printouts.

She also shared the news with her closest friends during her 30th birthday celebration in Mallorca this March.

While the sex of the baby is being kept private for now, the expectant parents have already begun discussing names.

Temi mentioned, "My husband and I send each other names all the time on WhatsApp,” and added, “We’ve also asked our parents to give us name ideas, as is Nigerian tradition.”

Reflecting on her pregnancy journey, Temi shared that while the first trimester was challenging with fatigue and "all day sickness," she has since felt "stronger and more energized" as the months progressed.

As "someone who has been moving a million miles a minute for years,” she particularly appreciates how pregnancy has compelled her to slow down, prioritize her goals, and engage in introspection.

She emphasized the beauty of this time for connecting with loved ones and celebrating the imminent arrival of new life.
