YEONJUN's 'NO LABELS: PART 01' Soars to No. 1 on Top Album Sales!

YEONJUN's debut solo project, NO LABELS: PART 01, has made a significant impact by debuting at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart, dated November 22. The TOMORROW X TOGETHER member's album sold 27,000 copies in the United States during the week ending November 13, according to Luminate data. This impressive performance underscores the continued relevance of traditional album sales in the music industry.
Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart ranks the week’s best-selling albums based exclusively on traditional album sales. The chart has a rich history, tracing back to May 25, 1991, when Billboard first compiled charts using electronically monitored piece count information from SoundScan, now known as Luminate. It is distinct from the Billboard 200 albums chart, which relied solely on pure album sales until December 6, 2014, before adopting a blended methodology that incorporates track equivalent album (TEA) units and streaming equivalent album (SEA) units.
Beyond YEONJUN's chart-topping success, several other artists secured spots in the top 10 with their latest releases. Hayley Williams’ album, Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party, climbed from No. 18 to No. 2, following its wide physical release during the tracking week. The album sold just over 22,000 copies, marking Williams’ best sales week ever for a solo project. Similarly, ROSALÍA achieved her personal best with LUX, debuting at No. 3 with 19,000 copies sold.
The chart also featured other notable entries and consistent performers. Taylor Swift’s The Life of a Showgirl remained strong at No. 4, selling nearly 19,000 copies, a 7% increase. Stray Kids’ former leader KARMA climbed from No. 7 to No. 5, with a significant 39% sales boost, reaching 13,000 units. The KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack slipped slightly from No. 5 to No. 6, selling nearly 13,000 copies, a 6% decrease.
Further down the top 10, the physical release of sombr’s I Barely Know Her debuted at No. 7, with 11,000 copies sold; the album was initially released digitally and via streaming services on August 22. The new Wings anthology compilation, WINGS, entered at No. 8, selling slightly over 10,000 copies. Tyler, The Creator’s former No. 1 album, CHROMAKOPIA, dropped from No. 2 to No. 9, with 10,000 units sold, a 75% decrease, while the Vince Guaraldi Trio’s A Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack held steady at No. 10, selling 9,000 copies, up 37%.
