Ruto pulled up at the pre-wedding celebrations of PS Immigration, Belio Kipsang's son Brian, with an entourage.
He was in the company of his gorgeous wife, Rachel Ruto, and his youngest son, George Kimutai.
The president wore a dark purple blazer accessorised with gold buttons, paired with a crisp white dress shirt and light grey trousers.
A brown belt cinched the look neatly, while a white fedora hat completed the outfit, paired with a walking stick.
Ruto commanded the room with his presence. His wife was dressed in a light beige suit that exuded elegance and formality.
The ruffled details on the front of her jacket complemented the outfit's embellishments.

Tanzanian star Juma Jux was flown into the country with his Nigerian wife, Priscilla Ojo, for the wedding.
The two spent nights at a luxe hotel and were driven in high-end cars throughout their stay.
Jux was seen wearing a black suit that complemented his wife's black attire.
Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi shared photos from the event, leaving Kenyans mesmerised. Ruto's brother and his wife were spotted at the pre-wedding.
