The victory was especially sweet for captain Virat Kohli, who had long been chasing this elusive title. Among them, Telugu superstar Allu Arjun shared a heartfelt post on X (formerly Twitter), expressing his excitement and pride. He posted an adorable video of his son Ayaan getting emotional after RCB's victory and congratulated the team with the famous phrase "Ee sala cup namde," which has become a rallying cry for RCB fans over the years.
'Kingdom' faces delaysOn the work front, Vijay Deverakonda's upcoming film 'Kingdom' is facing further delays, pushing back its release beyond the previously announced date. After being scheduled for 4 July release the spy thriller directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri is now likely to miss this date as well due to pending reshoots and post-production work as per a Indiaglitz Telugu report.'Kingdom' is a high-profile action spy thriller and the first part of a planned two-part saga. Vijay Deverakonda plays the lead role of Suri, alongside Bhagyashri Borse, Satyadev, and Koushik Mahata. The music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander.Other upcoming projectsOn the other hand, he is also working on his upcoming films tentatively called, 'VD14', a period drama directed by Rahul Sankrityan and 'SVC59', an action-packed film directed by Ravi Kiran Kola.
