Veranda Learning names Mohasin Khan as new CFO
Veranda Learning Solutions has appointed Saurani Pathan Mohasin Khan as its Chief Financial Officer, marking a significant internal elevation at the edtech company. The appointment was approved by the Board on May 5, 2025.
Chennai-based Veranda Learning Solutions has appointed Saurani Pathan Mohasin Khan as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective May 5, 2025.
Khan, a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, replaces outgoing CFO Saradha Govindarajan, who stepped down to pursue personal commitments.
Khan joined the edtech firm in 2022 and previously served as Deputy General Manager – Finance. His promotion comes as Veranda enters its next phase of growth, Veranda 2.0, with an increased focus on business transformation and financial discipline.
Prior to joining Veranda, Khan held finance roles at Merit Data and Technology and Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital.
