London witnessed a stark ideological confrontation on Saturday as a massive far-right demonstration, led by activist Tommy Robinson, was met by a determined anti-fascist counter-protest. Police estimated that over 110,000 of Robinson’s supporters, many adorned with English and British flags, flooded central London. In sharp contrast, approximately 10,000 anti-racist and anti-fascist demonstrators, representing various trade unions, community groups, and concerned citizens, defiantly convened in Trafalgar Square.
