Tyler Perry's boasts a talented cast full of comedic actors, and they're all worth getting to know better. She the People follows Antoinette Dunkerson (Terri J. Vaughn), the first Black Lieutenant Governor of Mississippi. As she first campaigns for and then adjusts to life in state politics, Antoinette runs into racism from the governor's office, absurdity from her family, and other comedic scenarios. It's a great set up for a fish-out-of-water comedy and a good commentary on American politics, and She the People could easily become one of Tyler Perry's best shows.

She the People also joins a long list of Tyler Perry movies on Netflix, and it's clear that the prolific creator has some sway with the streaming service. That's most evident in She the People's cast, which is filled with notable Black comedians and famous actors. From Emmy-winning comedians to legends of sitcom television, She the People is absolutely brimming with star power. They all work together to create a hilarious and rip-roaring experience, and their contributions could make She the People one of the best shows on Netflix in general.
