Several travel operators have announced new promotions and offerings aimed at boosting sales and catering to increased demand in the travel sector.

One operator is offering a 15% discount on over 100 tours across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. This limited-time sale is designed to assist travel agents in navigating the busy Easter period and capitalizing on heightened travel interest. To avail of the discount, bookings must be made using the code EASTER between now and April 22nd, 2025. According to Hayley Morris, Head of Trade Sales and Partnerships, the promotion is intended to help agents showcase a diverse range of desirable destinations with attractive savings.

Travelmarvel has launched its Final Call Cruise sale, providing savings of up to 50% on select European and Asian cruises for bookings made by May 31st, 2025. The sale includes discounts of up to 40% on Croatia Yacht cruises and up to 30% on Mekong River cruises. The offer is valid for remaining departures from July to December 2025. Featured itineraries include the eight-day ‘Highlights of the Danube’ starting from £1,645 per person, the 15-day ‘European Gems’ from £2,495 per person, and the eight-day ‘Adriatic Coastal Cruise’ from £1,995 per person. Brad Bennets, Head of Sales and Business Development at APT & Travelmarvel, emphasized the campaign's competitiveness and its focus on supporting travel agents.

HF Holidays is looking to build on a successful 2024, during which group guest numbers increased by 18% compared to 2022, by unveiling its group tour brochure for 2026. The brochure features tours across the UK and worldwide. In the previous year, over 500 group tours were organized, accommodating more than 10,000 travelers. Group numbers for 2025 are projected to surpass last year's figures. Chris Simmonds, CEO of HF Holidays, attributed the strong demand to the appeal of the British countryside, culture, and the camaraderie of fellow walkers. The 2026 brochure includes benefits such as a dedicated account manager for groups of 10 or more adults, a complimentary place for every 15th adult, and free room upgrades at its 15 UK country houses. Prices for 2026 tours will remain at 2025 levels until May 31st, 2025.

G Touring's Travelsphere and Just You brands have introduced a flat £400 per person deposit for their long-haul escorted tour ranges. Previously, a deposit of 10% of the tour price (with a minimum of £250) was required. Tom Morgan, Trade Sales Director, stated that the change aims to provide clarity and peace of mind to guests, acknowledging that long-haul trips represent a significant investment. The new system was implemented in collaboration with travel agents, highlighting the company's commitment to its trade partnerships. The flat deposit applies to all tours across both portfolios, except for the 25th-anniversary edition of Just You's 'Inspirational India - The Deccan Odyssey and Beyond' itinerary.
