Tragedy Strikes: Two Teens Dead, One Critical After Tesla Crash; Man Arrested

A tragic car crash in Hurst Green, Surrey, on Saturday night has resulted in the deaths of two teenagers, with another fighting for his life in hospital. Emergency services were called to Holland Road just before 10pm after reports that a white Tesla had collided with a tree. Three fire engines also rushed to the scene.

One male teenager died at the crash site, and a second male teenager later succumbed to his injuries in hospital. The families of both young victims have been notified and are currently receiving support from specialist officers. A third male teenager involved in the incident remains in hospital in a critical condition with life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Tesla, a 30-year-old man from Oxted, sustained serious injuries and has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

Holland Road remained closed for investigation between the junctions with Popes Lane and Warren Lane following the incident. Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses, as well as any CCTV, dashcam, or helmet cam footage that may have captured any part of the collision.
