Taylor Chip launches protein cookie

Taylor Chip is debuting its first-ever Protein Cookie at the upcoming Summer Fancy Food Show, which runs through July 1.

Doug and Sara Taylor started baking cookies together on date nights in their Lancaster kitchen. What began as a fun tradition quickly turned into a full-blown mission to reimagine the desserts and create cookies people could feel great about eating. The Taylors used real butter and local eggs, and no seed oils, and are now debuting their Protein Cookie.

The cookie has 30 g of protein, 17 g of collagen, is under 400 calories, and is sweetened with honey and coconut sugar.

“We’ve never been about fake ingredients or fillers,” says Sara. “So when I couldn’t find a post-workout snack that didn’t taste like chalk or come loaded with junk, we made our own.”
