Swiftie Alert! Taylor Swift Drops Epic Trailer for 'The Eras Tour: The Final Show'

Taylor Swift is bringing her record-breaking Eras Tour to a cinematic close with two new screen events set to debut on Disney+ on December 12. Fans can anticipate the release of both a full-length concert film, titled "Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show," and a companion docuseries, "Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era."

The concert film, "Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show," captures the tour's culminating performance in Vancouver, B.C. This new edition is distinct from previous theatrical and streaming versions as it prominently features the complete "Tortured Poets Department" portion of the show. This segment was added to the tour following the album’s April 2024 release, and the Vancouver stop marked the sole instance where the entire TTPD set was performed in full. In the trailer, Swift is seen addressing the enthusiastic crowd, acknowledging the significance of the moment, stating, "We’ve had so long to prepare for the end of this tour, and we get to play one last show for you here tonight. I want to thank every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date." The film is directed by Glenn Weiss and produced by Taylor Swift Productions in association with Silent House Productions, further expanding Swift's growing catalog of concert films and tour documentaries.

Alongside the concert film, the docuseries "Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era" will offer an in-depth, behind-the-scenes perspective on the global tour. It promises to reveal exclusive backstage footage, rehearsal clips, and provide insights from Swift herself on how she conceptualized and executed the nearly three-hour production in its various iterations. The series also features appearances from the tour's opening acts, Gracie Abrams and Sabrina Carpenter, as well as special guests Ed Sheeran and Florence Welch. Two episodes of "The End of an Era" will premiere on December 12, with subsequent installments rolling out in two-episode batches in the following weeks. The docuseries is directed by Don Argott and co-directed by Sheena M. Joyce, with production handled by Object & Animal.

These releases commemorate The Eras Tour, which has achieved historic status as the highest-grossing tour of all time. It shattered attendance records, set global streaming milestones, and significantly reshaped the touring landscape throughout its run from 2023 to 2025.
