CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - This weekend’s forecast is beautiful for mom with temperatures in the low 80s with lots of sunshine.
This afternoon will be sunny and warm with highs reaching the upper 70s and low 80s. Overnight, lows will cool into the upper 40s and low 50s with a mostly clear sky. Mother’s day looks gorgeous across Eastern Iowa with highs reaching the 80s and a mostly sunny sky.
Our warm, summer-like temperatures will persist through the workweek with temperatures staying in the low to mid 80s through Thursday. Dew points will also rise next week, reaching the 50s and 60s starting on Monday. With this increase in humidity only comes a few chances for showers. Isolated to scattered showers could develop on Tuesday and Thursday.
