On June 27, the agency the controversial rapper wanted for alleged rape, cyberbullying, and cyberstalking.

This was after he failed to honour an invitation for questioning over his of having sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl.

But in an Instagram post on Monday, Darlington said he would not respond to the agency’s request.

He demanded N2.5 million as a “celebrity appearance fee” before cooperating with NAPTIP.

The controversial rapper also accused the agency of exploiting his fame for publicity.

He further mocked the agency’s efforts, claiming the video was a stunt to “trend” and insisting NAPTIP lacked proof.

“I’m not coming. I have not committed any crime, all I did was speak. Irresponsible talk isn’t a crime. I’m not coming,” he said.

“Where is your evidence? Who is the complainant? You are using me for social media clout so you would claim you’re doing your job.

“I know the psychological mindset you what to use for me. N2.5 million is what I charge for appearance, will you pay me?

“I didn’t commit any crime, all I did was trying to trend, you have no evidence against me. You guys are just reacting to the gate of bunch of people to me.

“Declared wanted for talking? You said cyberstalking? Who did I stalk? Did I post anyone? Who did I bully? Did I call anyone name in the video?”

Darlington vowed to sue for defamation if his name wasn’t removed from the wanted list.

“Remove my name from the wanted list else I will sue you for defamation of character, you have no evidence,” he added.
