Rockstar Romance Blossoms: Debby Ryan and Twenty One Pilots' Josh Dun Welcome New Baby!

Actress Debby Ryan and Josh Dun, drummer for Twenty One Pilots, have joyously welcomed their first child, a baby daughter named Felix Winter Dun. The birth announcement was made by Ryan on Saturday, December 13, via an Instagram post. The post included a personal video clip of Ryan in a birthing tub and the first public photos of their child, notably a heartwarming snapshot of Josh Dun holding their newborn.

Ryan shared intimate details of Felix's arrival, recalling how they sat under a cold supermoon, reminiscing about their life as a couple before telling the child she was harboring that they were ready to become a family of three. Felix was born under Christmas lights with snow falling outside their bedroom window, directly into her father’s hands. Debby Ryan praised her husband, Josh Dun, as an "incredible teammate," and extended her gratitude to her birth team and the women who provided support throughout her pregnancy.

Affectionately calling her daughter "lil moonbeam," Ryan penned a heartfelt description of Felix. She wrote that Felix’s hair is like silk, her breath smells of vanilla ice cream, and every sound she makes is music. Ryan also expressed the bittersweet feeling of watching her child grow, stating her desire to spend her days "trapped under the immovable 8 pounds of Felix Winter Dun." She concluded by reflecting on the profound honor of being Felix’s home, a "grow light," and a "portal to bring a new soul into the world," welcoming her "lil moonbeam" to Earth with eternal love.

Debby Ryan and Josh Dun exchanged vows in a New Year’s Eve ceremony on December 31, 2019, a year after their engagement. Ryan is widely recognized for her breakthrough roles as a Disney Channel series regular on "Jessie" (2011-2015) and "The Suite Life on Deck" (2008-2011). More recently, she appeared in "American Horror Stories" and the film "Turtles All the Way Down" in 2024. Her upcoming projects include the celebrity thriller "Famous," alongside Zac Efron, Phoebe Dynevor, and Nicholas Braun, and she is set to topline the sci-fi thriller "Orion."

Meanwhile, Josh Dun’s band, Twenty One Pilots, has also achieved significant professional milestones. They recently earned their 13th career No. 1 on the Alternative Airplay chart with their latest single, “City Walls.” This marks their third No. 1 on the chart this year, following “The Line” in August and “The Contract” in February. With this achievement, Twenty One Pilots now ties Cage the Elephant and Green Day for the third-most No. 1s on Alternative Airplay since the chart’s inception in September 1988, a record held by Red Hot Chili Peppers with 15 chart-toppers. Additionally, their latest studio album, "Breach," debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in September.
