The Reds will pay £106 million initially, with a further £17 million available in performance-related add-ons, after PSG had reportedly valued the player at £145 million. Barcola has signed a five-year contract and will wear the number 29 shirt at Anfield.
The versatile attacker, who can operate across the forward line but primarily plays on the left wing, joins Liverpool after an impressive spell at PSG. He recorded 13 goals and seven assists in 49 appearances across all competitions last season and has won multiple major honours with the French club, including Ligue 1 titles and Champions League trophies.
