A Nigerian real estate firm, T Pumpy Concept, is sent to organize an exclusive Land and Housing Exhibition in Pretoria, South Africa.

The event is billed for January 29, 2025, at the Akasia Community Hall in Pretoria, South Africa.

In a statement by its Media Unit, the firm said the event aims to showcase Nigeria as a prime investment destination, “highlighting T. Pumpy’s portfolio of affordable, authentic real estate options.”

According to T. Pumpy’s Managing Director, Akintayo Adaralegbe, it’s crucial for Nigerians, especially those living abroad, to invest back home.

He emphasizes the growing need for South Africans and Nigerians in the diaspora to seize these valuable opportunities in Nigeria’s expanding property market.

T. Pumpy Concept understands that many Nigerians abroad have hesitated to invest in property back home due to previous experiences with fraudulent schemes. However, Adaralegbe assures that T.
