Principal Accountant notifies

Imphal, July 11 2025: The Principal Accountant General (A&E) has informed all concerned that preparation of Annual Increment Pay Slips in respect of all Gazetted Officers of Government of Manipur whose DNI falls on July 1, 2025 has been completed.

All Chief Controlling Officers/Controlling Officers/Heads of Department, Government of Manipur may depute their authorized representative(s) and collect the same from the office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Manipur, Imphal with effect from July 15, 2025 on all working days (11:00 am to 3:00 pm) .

Further, representative(s)/individual officers are also advised to submit Employees' Profile generated from CMIS at the time of collection of pay slips for use in Gazetted Entitlement Management System (GEMS) under Central Management Information System (CMIS) of State Government.
