Specifically, their UK schedule in September and October includes a performance at Manchester's Co-op Live on October 10, followed by their final show in London on October 13. The group's presence in Salford today, September 29, underscores their active participation in the extensive tour.
The Manchester sighting follows closely on the heels of an incident involving lead singer Nicole Scherzinger, who performed a recent concert with a visible and significant burn on her leg. The 48-year-old artist sustained the injury, which stretched from her knee to her ankle, when boiling water accidentally spilled on her backstage, just an hour before a gig at the PSD Bank Dome in Dusseldorf, Germany, as part of the "PCD Forever" Tour. Despite the painful accident, Scherzinger courageously declared on her Instagram story, "Nothing like boiling water falling on your leg an hour before your set, but the show must go on. Thanks Dusseldorf for keeping me going." She subsequently performed in Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome in the Netherlands alongside bandmates Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt.
While the European leg of their tour is in full swing, the group had previously cancelled all but one date of the US leg, reportedly due to disappointing ticket sales. However, they did perform at the WeHo Pride event in Los Angeles in June, describing the decision to cancel other US dates as "difficult and heartbreaking" but emphasizing that the remaining gigs would be "a true celebration of the music and the memories."
