Photos obtained by Page Six showed the pair out in Northern California with a newborn in tow, with Gaga seen carrying the baby in a sling.

She later confirmed that Polansky had proposed several months earlier, in April 2024, during an interview with Jimmy Kimmel. Gaga shared details of the intimate proposal on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!", explaining that it occurred during a rock-climbing trip, shortly after her birthday.

Recalling the moment, Gaga described Polansky’s unique approach: "He actually — it was very Michael — asked me if he could ask me. He wanted to know if it was OK to propose before he proposed. And I was like, ‘Yes, it’s so OK!’"
